As the first person new customers encounter, you will be on the front line of our effort to deliver excellent, prompt, professional service.  You support our customers and field service personnel, and our management supports you in an upbeat, pro-growth environment. 

The work environment noise level is usually moderate but will vary occasionally.  The work environment will subject employees to continual interruptions and changing priorities.  Effective, consistent, and constant communication with customers, vendors, co-workers, and others is required. 

These are the tasks associated with this position:

  • Answer customer inbound telephone inquiries
  • Set appointments for field service personnel
  • Determine who to send to each address based on company prioritization rules
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their service call
  • Collect  and record call recap information from service personnel
  • Perform telephone “happy calls” to customers following service calls
  • Professionally address and resolve issues with the occasional dissatisfied customer
  • Other office duties when call volume permits
